Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Welcome to USA Liquidation Pallet Store (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “USA Liquidation Pallet Store”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of USAliquidationpalletstore.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use our Website or place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us—including your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment details—is accurate and current.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or violations of these Terms.
2. Product Information and Liquidation Inventory
Our products may include liquidation pallets, overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, surplus merchandise, and other mixed inventory. Product descriptions, photos, manifests, estimated retail values, quantities, brands, and condition details are provided for general reference and may not reflect every item included in a pallet.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- Merchandise is sold as is, where is, with all faults.
- Pallets may contain new, open-box, used, untested, damaged, incomplete, returned, discontinued, or non-working items.
- Items may be missing accessories, manuals, original packaging, or components.
- Images may be stock images or representative examples and may not show the exact items received.
- Manifested items, quantities, brands, models, and estimated retail values are not guaranteed.
- We do not guarantee resale value, profitability, item functionality, market demand, or customer satisfaction with individual items.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before placing an order.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, and product information may change without notice.
Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed or released for shipment. We may cancel an order if payment authorization fails, a transaction appears fraudulent, the listed price was incorrect, or inventory is no longer available.
You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, delivery surcharges, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, storage charges, redelivery charges, and other costs disclosed at checkout or incurred because of inaccurate delivery information or missed delivery appointments.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only when we confirm it, process payment, or ship the merchandise.
Because liquidation inventory is limited and may be reserved quickly, orders may not be canceled once payment has been processed, inventory has been allocated, or fulfillment has started. If a cancellation is approved before processing, an administrative or payment-processing fee may apply.
We reserve the right to correct clerical errors, pricing errors, product-description errors, and inventory errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and issue a refund of the amount paid.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
We ship to eligible locations within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from carrier operations, weather, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, address issues, freight scheduling, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that the receiving location can accept the shipment. For freight deliveries, the customer may need to provide:
- A commercial loading dock or forklift.
- A safe and accessible delivery area.
- A valid contact number for scheduling.
- Someone available to inspect and accept the shipment.
If liftgate service, residential delivery, appointment scheduling, limited-access delivery, reconsignment, redelivery, storage, or other carrier services are required, additional charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when merchandise is delivered to the carrier or, where applicable, when the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you arrange your own carrier or pickup, risk of loss transfers when the merchandise is released to you or your carrier.
6. Inspection and Freight Damage Claims
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Before signing a freight delivery receipt, note any visible damage, shortages, crushed packaging, broken pallets, or suspected loss on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If visible damage is present, take clear photographs and, when appropriate, refuse the damaged shipment. Claims for concealed damage, shortages, or shipping-related issues must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery and should include your order number, photos, and relevant carrier documentation.
Failure to inspect, document, or report delivery issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist with a claim. We do not guarantee that a carrier claim will be approved.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are generally final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, unmet resale expectations, dissatisfaction with item mix, product condition, untested items, missing accessories, or differences between representative images and received merchandise.
A return or refund may be considered only if we determine that we made a material fulfillment error, such as shipping the wrong pallet or failing to ship an item that was specifically confirmed in your order. Any approved claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs, videos, original packaging, carrier records, and return authorization.
Do not return merchandise without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at your expense.
8. Resale and Compliance
Customers purchasing for resale are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, consumer-protection rules, product-safety obligations, labeling requirements, recalls, and tax requirements.
You are responsible for inspecting merchandise before resale and determining whether any item may legally and safely be sold, used, transported, exported, or disposed of. You must not sell recalled, restricted, counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited, or illegal items.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content—including text, logos, graphics, photographs, product listings, designs, code, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to USA Liquidation Pallet Store and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USA Liquidation Pallet Store and its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from your use of the Website, your purchase or resale of merchandise, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which USA Liquidation Pallet Store is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any dispute shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in the state and county where USA Liquidation Pallet Store is legally organized, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
